Gauss-bonnet-chern Theorem on Moduli Space Zhiqin Lu and Michael R. Douglas

The moduli space of complex structures of a polarized Kähler manifold is of fundamental interest to algebraic geometers and to string theorists. The study of its geometry is greatly enriched by considering the Hodge structure of the underlying manifolds. The moduli space at infinity is particularly interesting because it is related to the degeneration of Kähler manifolds. Even when we know very...

Generalized Douglas-Weyl Finsler Metrics

In this paper, we study generalized Douglas-Weyl Finsler metrics. We find some conditions under which the class of generalized Douglas-Weyl (&alpha, &beta)-metric with vanishing S-curvature reduce to the class of Berwald metrics.

On Special Generalized Douglas-Weyl Metrics

In this paper, we study a special class of generalized Douglas-Weyl metrics whose Douglas curvature is constant along any Finslerian geodesic. We prove that for every Landsberg metric in this class of Finsler metrics, ? = 0 if and only if H = 0. Then we show that every Finsler metric of non-zero isotropic flag curvature in this class of metrics is a Riemannian if and only if ? = 0.

Despite the concerns, many still believe Witty’s pledge marks a major step forward for neglected diseases and developing countries. “He is breaking the mould in validating the concept of patent pools,” said Rohit Malpani at Oxfam’s access to medicines campaign. “It is a big step forward. It is welcome that he is inviting othe...
